Personal Training
One-to-one coaching paired with one-on-one nutritional guidance, so the plan on the floor and the plan on your plate are the same plan.
One coach, two halves of the same program
Personal training here runs one-to-one, and it comes with one-on-one nutritional guidance built in rather than sold separately, so there's real support and accountability behind whatever your nutrition program asks of you week to week. Strength training does the quieter work in the background: building lean muscle so your body burns more calories even at rest, not just during the hour you're on the floor. The programs built for body composition and overall health always carry both halves, cardio and strength, rather than leaning on one and skipping the other.
Why cardio still gets its own line on the plan
Cardio pulls its own weight: it helps burn fat and calories, improves BMI, helps control blood pressure, and lowers the risk of heart attack, high cholesterol, diabetes and some cancers. At least 20 minutes of cardio a day is recommended, and a personal training plan built for body composition puts that alongside the strength work instead of treating it as optional.
Coaches here hold CrossFit certifications from Level 1 through Level 3, alongside USAW and NASM credentials. Call (408) 692-6882.

Cardio and strength, not cardio or strength
Strength builds the muscle. Cardio does the rest of the job.
Lean muscle from strength work raises the number of calories your body burns just sitting still. Cardio is what covers the ground strength training doesn't: your heart, your blood pressure, your long-term risk numbers. A personal training plan aimed at body composition and health puts both on the calendar, in the amounts the research actually supports, rather than picking a favorite.
