That is the whole mission, in the gym's own words and its own capitals, and it is not a slogan picked for a website. After spending time in our facility and with our team we want our members to walk out of our doors after a workout and feel like they are a better version of themselves.
It isn't the scientific sum of calories, workouts, and weight that keeps our members returning. It is not the cutting-edge equipment and technology. It is the people that count.
Thirteen years on Blossom Hill Road.
CrossFit Almaden has been around since 2013 helping people reach their fitness goals. We believe in supporting people who are ready to take action and give them everything they need to crush their goals. That has not changed in thirteen years, and it is the same room, the same coaches on the floor, and the same community doing it together.
Every workout can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness level of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or an elite competitive CrossFitter. That is what “scaled to you” actually means here: one class, one hour, and the dial turned to wherever you are that day.
Proof, not a promise
The Wall of Fame is real, and it is on the wall.
Walk into the gym and you will find the 300 Club, 400 Club and 500-plus Club boards where members check in as they hit each milestone. Nobody has to take our word for retention here. It is tracked on the wall, in front of everyone who trains that day.
