Masters CrossFit
CrossFit for the 60 and older crowd. Designed for people who want to stay active, healthy and independent.
A program built around the years you've already got, not against them
Masters CrossFit is designed for individuals aged 60 and above who want to stay active, healthy and independent. New to exercise, or years since you last trained, this program meets you where you are. Every workout is carefully scaled to improve strength, balance, mobility and cardiovascular health, without asking you to move like you're twenty-five.
Safety and fun come before intensity
The class prioritises safety, functionality and fun over chasing a number on the whiteboard. Supportive coaches give clear instruction and personalized modifications for every movement, so the workout adjusts to your body instead of the other way around.
Coach Arielle Swan holds a CrossFit Masters credential built specifically for this age group, so the scaling in this room comes from real training, not a guess made on the day. Call (408) 692-6882.

Never too late
“It’s never too late to invest in your health.”
Strength
Loaded movement built to hold onto muscle and bone density, dialed to what your joints can take today.
Balance & Mobility
Work on the footing and the range of motion that keep everyday life easy: stairs, floors, getting back up.
Cardiovascular Health
Conditioning paced so your heart gets the work without your body paying for it the next day.
What changes after sixty, and what doesn’t.
The movements do not change. You will still squat, still pull, still press, still carry things from one end of the floor to the other. Those are the patterns that decide whether you can get off a low chair unaided at eighty, and they do not stop being useful because of a birthday.
What changes is the dial. Loading comes down, ranges get adjusted to the joints you actually have, and recovery gets treated as part of the training rather than an afterthought. A coach watches the movement and modifies it in front of you, which is the part a video or an app cannot do. Balance and mobility get deliberate attention here, because a fall is the thing that ends independence, not a slow mile time.
You will train in the same room as everyone else. Our members range from people in their twenties to people well past retirement, and the mix is the point: nobody is quarantined into a separate senior class where the expectations quietly drop. Arielle holds a CrossFit Masters credential alongside her Level 3, so the scaling decisions come from someone trained specifically in this.
Come and look before you commit to anything. The free trial gives you a tour, a proper conversation about where you are starting from, and a class scaled to that. An hour is enough to know whether this room suits you.
